addresses https://github.com/GFDRR/rdl-standard/issues/67 by adding Temporal object. https://github.com/GFDRR/rdl-standard/pull/102 is adding this to the resource object and https://github.com/GFDRR/rdl-standard/pull/101 adds it to the exposure object.
