0.2.0 release and follow ups #250

I've created a PR to merge dev into main. The remaining steps to release the 0.2.0 version are:

  1. Review and approve the PR
  2. Merge the PR
  3. Follow the steps in https://github.com/GFDRR/rdl-standard/blob/dev/developer_docs.md#release-a-new-version to create and push the 020 tag
  4. Activate the 020 version in https://readthedocs.org/projects/rdl-standard/versions/

Once that is done, the following GitHub issues can be actioned:
