[Website] Transition to CMS #253

Website update

Transition from old website to CMS. Guidance from #266 applies.

[ ] Pierre to deploy first draft, request figures (provide examples)
[ ] Mat to test and review, produce figures
[ ] Pierre to update redirects and DNS.
