METADATA SPRINT PUSH BEFORE UNDERSTANDING RISK 2024 (June 16)

There are 109 datasets on DDH and 33 on JKAN. Those on Jkan were all included in DDH collection. I'm excluding those that can only be seen when logged, e.g. Fathom, as those can't be transferred to public JKAN.

The following dataset could be also be added:

Workflow

  1. Check the list and split dataset among team members using the excel sheet.
  2. New datasets should be first added to DDH and approved in order to have a download link for resources.
  3. Check online metadata to fill in the RDL excel template v0.2. Copy the resources download links from DDH.
  4. Translate the templates into .json using the convertor tool.
  5. Use tool (#271) to translate RDL .json into JKAN .md
  6. Upload both the .json and the .md on shared folder for review
  7. Upload to GH. The .md page should include a link to download the original .json.
