The metadata excel generated from json that I'm downloading from https://metadata.riskdatalibrary.org/data/cc9da374-49be-44e4-8f68-9e8bafcb34c9 is mostly empty. Please provide original xlsx.

Indeed, there is a bug in the convertor.
