The Risk Data Library Standard (RDLS) is an open data standard to make it easier to work with disaster and climate risk data. It provides a common description of the data used and produced in risk assessments, including hazard, exposure, vulnerability, and modelled loss, or impact, data.

What is the context or reason for the change?
RDLS will be interoperable with other risk data standards and metadata data standards such as ISO19115
We should represent where RDLS is interoperable with these, beginning with other risk data standards including Oasis-curated Open Data Standards:
open exposure data OED,
open results data ORD,
and [in development] the use of RDLS hazard and vulnerability metadata for Oasis LMF models.

Add a short description of ODS
