What is the context or reason for the change?

RDLS will be interoperable with other risk data standards and metadata data standards such as ISO19115

We should represent where RDLS is interoperable with these, beginning with other risk data standards including Oasis-curated Open Data Standards:

What is your proposed change?

Add section: Interoperability of RDLS with other standards Add subsection: Open Data Standards curated by Oasis Add a short description of ODS Specify where the standards are interoperable, and use cases of this interoperability
