I fix some bad data in the admin DB. Please check in the preview & publish if OK.

I'm trying to make download, before I publish (we made a change to nepal data and have new tsunami global data to harvest - but it just failed on make download at the global EH VITO layer. This has uploaded and processed before though. I'll try again

This is still an issue at least in Sierra Leone, and Viet Nam

It's ok in admin preview. Needs to be published to fix it.
