Related to operations portal - Provide spatial join on WB admin boundaries, and geonames Db

Suggestion may be to use geonames Db as search functions, Each geoname matches on many-to-one spatial join, to a (WB adjusted) GAUL region for processing.

This table allow to join the geonames database (geonameid) to the TH layer for ADM2 (ADM2_code) cities.xlsx
