Update about_body - logo and method link #914

Changed the link to methodology from pdf to static url Added new DRFIP logo to the contributor list. Adjusted alt text for each logo.

@tkohr I updated a pdf link in about_body while I was adding 2 new required logos. Please can you review - particularly how the logos will show in the about page box, and merge PR if OK

Just had a problem with last logo (not found, too large). I took the permission to add a commit to fix this.
