Issue of encrypted secrets from automatic registration #160

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When we get an email back from registration system, currently the secrets are written in plain text

Describe the solution you'd like they need to be encrypted with a certificate depending on the environment

@vvdb-architecture Can you adapt the ADFS registration script to get the secret encrypted and no more in clear.
