Generated OAuth json file has incorrect rootUrl

Describe the bug The generated json file for oauth2 has incorrect url's

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create blank solution
2. Do a guidance solution generation

Expected behavior The json file for oauth2 contains the correct url (following company conventions in place for many years) for each environment

• https://{solution-name}{env}{domain-name}/yarp/

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Visual Studio Version 17.4.1
• Guidance Version 2022.2.1.11

Additional context There exist unambiguous naming conventions for url's Generated code shouldn't require this level of modification by each architect for each project for each generation
