The generated appsettings.{env}.json files do not include configuration for logging to file

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create blank solution
Do a guidance solution generation
Expected behavior
The appsettings.{env}.json files include configuration for logging to file
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Visual Studio Version 17.4.1
Guidance Version 2022.2.1.11
Additional context
DevOps documentation states where file logs are to be written.
Guidance should generate this.
Even when deemed unnecessary it's cheaper to generate and manually delete if unwanted; than to add when needed.
