Generated appsettings.{env}.json files do not include configuration for logging to splunk.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create blank solution
Do a guidance solution generation
Expected behavior
Splunk logging is configured out-of-the-box
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Visual Studio Version 17.4.1
Guidance Version 2022.2.1.11
Additional context
Splunk is the de facto logging tool.
Guidance should be compliant with the company standard.
Generated code shouldn't require this level of modification by each architect for each project for each generation
