Describe the bug Adding Ef Core Database Project for a Microservice gets Visual Studio to restart

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

First make sure you have an standard solution generated and a Microservice
Select the Microservice and form the contextula Menu select 'Add an Ef Core Database Project'
An empty window pops up
VS gets restarted

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Visual Studio Version 17.5.3
Guidance Version 2022.2.1.13

Closing issues, since behaviour is as by design, when trying to perform that action outside of the designed environments
