dotnet template #26

It could be great to generate the guidance using the dotnet templates, giving freedom to use a different IDE like Rider, for instance, lowering the license costs.

Btw Rider is already available ;) I personally never use the Studio :D

A template would be great, but even greater might be a CLI.

This way you are completely independent from the IDE (you could even use vi 😈 ) Also the Guidance would be independent from the IDE, so no more update hassle or strange Visual Studio interface / behavior. PLUS no more slowing down or crashing the Studio caused by the guidance.
