**/Properties/launchSettings.json should not be part of .gitignore #71

In normal circumstance this file is unique for each dev and regenerated by the IDE (VisualStudio)

Due to the high expectations on security, the APIs and site must be registered with ADFS our other IDP. As the return uri is part of the registration process, the port must be kept, and thus the launchSettings must be identical for all users.

Hence this entry must be removed from .gitgnore :

**/Properties/launchSettings.json
