Use jspm for development

JSPM

To avoid having to bundle the library when developing, we should consider using jspm.

Pros

• no bundling
• allows for a more dynamic and interactive workflow

  Cons

• added complexity (one more tech)
• lib will still be delivered as a bundle, needs to be veryfied on a regular bases
  • looks like jspm handles bundling jspm bundle-sfx GG for example

So it turns out jspm handles bunlding too, with the bundle command, and it might even use rollup internally in the future!

Will probably have to wait until next version (0.17) of jspm is out to use babel 6 with it. Might be worth it to use it until then anyway..
