The First Step Towards arriving Framwork Programming on the Project Mentioned is to get in the Authorized and Approved Engineering Process Documents and Standards from the right DOD Organizational members. Planning on Devising an Approach Document for the same for which I need the right People Resource who can help and guide me on the same.

In order to work for the same, the first level procedure / process / initiation would be towards developing a framework for understanding the Peace Engineering Concepts of DOD.
