Added a simple folder structure #2

Folder structure now contains:

1) Demo, a demo app, to be run alongside a running server 2) Serverside, the server scripts, database and files 3) Framework, containing all of the iOS classes and supporting files...

You might want to consider not issuing pull requests from your master branch, it can get very messy. Let me know if you want to do this from another pull request or if you want to continue with this.
