Left Panel: Instead of loading the app with a default selection, only have a default Study Area and Start Year. #35

Only have a default Study Area and Start Year.

No default End Year

No default crop selection (or all crops selected)

Map will zoom to study area

No default Time Series selection (hidden chart)

No default Histogram selection (hidden chart).

The app loads with a default Study Area (the only study area at the time of this writing). The map will zoom to this study area.

The app loads with no other global parameters (start year, end year, or crop). This must be chosen by the user.
