TX not working with Teensy 4 #13

Somehow bad behaviour on SPI bus it seems, RX works but TX doesn't (doesn't report error but no packet received on the other end). Seen on Teensy 4.0, possibly on 4.1 too, with DRF4463F. Not tested with Zeta. Will investigate soon.

Fixed, power supply issue.
