@letmaik Does this mean GIS4WRF is not suitable/available for windows? The only way to use it to build from source on MacOS or Linux variants?
If wrf-python is not maintained, is this something we can help with?
Thanks Bala
@bala-analytics You can still use gis4wrf on Windows, just without the extra wrf-python visualization support. Were you using that feature? See the bullet points at https://gis4wrf.github.io/documentation/#view-tab.
Thanks for the clarification @letmaik.
Hi everyone. Gis4WRF is now at 0.14.4 and I'm not able to install the extension because of this error (Win10 20H2 & QGis 3.14.16). Any solution to use it ?
wrf-python is not maintained anymore. This is a problem for Windows since no binary wheels are published. On Linux and macOS, building from source generally works fine. This PR removes installation of wrf-python for Windows. It fixes #175.
