New RDA website launching Tuesday, Jan 24 #247

Describe the bug

MetData Information cannot be downloaded within MetDataset Tab because there is a New RDA website

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Dataset'
  2. Click on 'Met'
  3. Select any Dataset, date and extent
  4. See error: data doesn’t download

Expected behavior To be able to download Met Dataset from RDA website
