Converting Tiff to Geogrid binary #253

I have high-resolution GeoTiff elevation data (*.tiff) from USGS. I need to convert the format to geogrid binary to be able to able to do high-res simulations. Is there a way I can upload the data to GIS4WRF, convert the format to binary (e.g. 00001-00515.00001-00625), and download it?
