Update links in "Examples of good map design"? #77

In _Examples of good map design_ the link to ReliefWeb filters to maps published by IFRC.

It might be better to link to the unfiltered map list: https://reliefweb.int/updates?list=Maps%20/%20Infographics&view=maps

This will contain more examples and be updated more often
