Branding/logos on examples - change to IFRC logo?

In Module 4, the maps shown in _Adding a legend_ have CartONG logos:

• Fig 99
• Fig 101
• Fig 103
• Fig 104

Maps shown in Map templates and Fig 106 have HeiGIT logos

It would be preferable if all examples were shown using IFRC logos
