On my screen with my browser settings I see everything on the page above the "Run query" button. Visually the page looks complete. It is confusing at first that nothing happens when changing settings, because you are not aware that you need to push that button for something to happen. Once you scroll down you see the prominent button and it becomes clear, but if you don't scroll it looks like the page is broken. Many in-browser tools like this don't need the "submit" button, but immediately do something when settings are changed.
Not everyone will have the same setup as me, so this will not be an issue everwhere, but my screen is not small so I expect others will have similar experience. Maybe experiment with putting the "Run query" button at the top or add some indication somewhere that you need to push that button?
