Popup time until disappear #27

Increase the time the popups stay open to give users the possibility to click e.g. resource links in the descriptions.

This is not easily achievable. The default timer is set to -1 which means indefinitely. As soon as the mouse cursor is moved into the popup, the widget thinks the mouse moved to another location even though it's technically still above. The tooltip itself therefore works as a layer on top, blocking the recocgnition of the cursor and signaling the widget to close the tooltip. Badum tss... :drum: :trumpet: Dump but thats how it is.

If anyone smart wants to invest time, do it. Atm there are more important tasks.
