What are the licenses of data used by OQT? #108

For the end user it should be clear what the licenses are. E.g. the swagger documentation could point to them.

Could GADM and NUTS be replaced by admin boundaries from OSM? This would make handling licenses easier (https://osm-boundaries.com/)
