Permalink error (proxy.cgi 403 Forbidden) #355

When clicking Permalink copy/open on openrouteservice.org I get error alerts.

In the console I can see 403 Forbidden response status for the shortenlink call via proxy.cgi: http://openrouteservice.org/cgi-bin/proxy.cgi?url=http://openls.geog.uni-heidelberg.de/shortenlink?api_key=eb85f2a6a61aafaebe7e2f2a89b102f5
