Hey,

this seems to be an issue with the data of the underlying geocoder. We use Pelias, which aggregates a bunch of data sources.

In this case (compare results from our playground), the underlying data comes from whosonfirst.

There, Ellrich exists twice:

• as a localadmin
• as a [locality](https://spelunker.whosonfirst.org/id/101909275/

Compare the whosonfirst docs for what locality and localadmin mean.

As far as I'm concerned, the locality data is just wrong. I've therefore opened an issue with whosonfirsts data repository, and will close this one.
