Calculations from layer not working #110

Apparently there is a problem, when the user wants to calculate from layer and the layer source is a shapefile with spaces in the name, e.g. Accessos parcs.shp. Renaming to Accessos_parcs.shp solves the issue.

Only known for the following configuration:

Version QGIS 3.4.9 - Madeira
Version ORS Tools 1.0.7
Operation system Windows 7

This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore - if anything, it could be mentioned in the wiki when working on #138.
