Add comment and replace Rundreise-Optimierung with Wegpunktoptimierung in old comment.

We could add a * to the title of the parameter and the comment in the sidebar to make people aware?

There is. Maybe we should use round brackets?

We use [] to signal optional stuff, right? Then round brackets sound good :)
