Use case:

time-aware routing trajectories
instructions in M value (feasible?)
extra_info params in M

This is a bigger job and would require quite a bit of refactoring..

Problem here is, that none of the extra info, including duration, is has a 1:1 relationship with waypoints. That information is generalized over multiple waypoints.

I don't see a good way to include this info with ORS.
