Plugin installation failed: Failed to unzip the plugin package. Probably it's broken or missing from the repository. You may also want to make sure that you have write permission to the plugin directory: /home/z4k/.local/share/QGIS/QGIS3/profiles/default/python/plugins

ut this diretory exists and it's writable.

Can't reproduce with the same environment.. How did you install? Via ZIP or auto-install from plugin manager?
