Current progress

Download the country borders from https://osm-boundaries.com
Chunk them down into boxes with manual work
In ors check which country lies within which border
Stores the country information in a specific storage per edge

Potential problems:

The country names are stored as arbitrary numbers
Certain areas have ids that are not countries
