Make driver program to get potentials and aurora in magnetic or geographic coordinates #8

Make a main code that will:

Create either a magnetic grid or a geographic grid
Convert the geographic grid to magnetic coordinates if needed
Run models on this grid
Output to a data file (like a 2DMEL or 2DGEL file)
Validate the plotters work for this
Create test cases

This works now! The main code can work in geographic or magnetic coordinates. Output files are amie-style files (not great, but they work...). The amie plotter can work for this.
