SWMF is tested nightly, so it would be great to start passing those tests :)
Bug fixes here should improve GITM's stability a lot, and since SWMF just pulls from "main", we can finally pass a test.
Note: Outputs might change from the changes in initialization. Hopefully the change is for the better though.
