We have pulled the electrodynamics out of GITM and have made it more generic and hopefully easier to use. Now we need to modify GITM to use this library:
Add a git clone into the install script to grab the repository
Modify the Makefile to use this library instead of the old library
Modify get_potential and other codes to use the new initialize and calls for the electrodynamics
