Make early upgrades cheaper #1

Early upgrades are too expensive...

Played around a bit with it here: https://github.com/GIider/Upgrademod/commit/2425d996381ae5e03950a7f5ba82eb4d90650359 but I still don't like it...

Next idea is to change the costs to a more flat curve and increase the costs with each upgrade you buy for a weapon. That would allow you to get the upgrades you want faster while only having to "grind" for the ones you don't care about
