option to only hide the bar in fullscreen mode #15

Hi, title says it all, an option to only remove the title bar in window mode would be nice. Also close and minimize buttons are missing when the title bar is hidden.

I know it would be nice, it's on my to-do list for when I'm next able to work on this; thanks for the reminder!

Second point is answered in full at #2.
