As #42 is implemented I ca start adding tags to notebooks and datasets to provide ways of discovering by topic or technology, rather than by collection.
I've already started doing this but I'm being a bit inconsistent. Once I've done a few more repositories I'll probably want to take stock and reorganise a bit.
