Used the text "one or more funds" to be more accurate. The restriction on hasFundFamily and hasFundFamilyText is not quite the same as for EntityLegalForm, since it's valid for neither to have a value. In other words, every entity must have a legal form but not all funds need be part of a family.
These changes now merged, closing issue.
L1 • Update the definition of FundFamily to read ‘The entity that is the manager of the fund.’ This is consistent with the definition found later in the model for this element. • Rename LEIregistry to Global Legal Entity Identifier System (GLEIS) with the definition ‘The global repository of LEIs and reference data.’ • Should hasFundFamily and hasFundFamilyName be modelled the same way as the EntityLegalForm since this also is a case where one or the other would be populated? • Add to the definition of hasLegalForm, ISO ‘20275’ • For hasManagingLOU, the incorrect definition appears; possible copy/paste error
L2 • In the definition of the ontology, references to the relationship ‘is an International Branch of’ and reporting exceptions are missing. Should read, ‘Legal entities that have or acquire an LEI report their ‘direct accounting consolidating parent’ as well as their ‘ultimate accounting consolidating parent’, or for International Branches ‘is an International Branch of’, or specify a Reporting Exception.’ • In the LegalEntityRelationshipRecord definition, there is a typo. ‘Report’ should be ‘record’.
