Several updates to XSL: Issue-173: Corrects scientific format lat/long Issue 174: Use dates from downloaded Golden Copy files Issue 162: better resolve geocoded to original addresses Make rdfs:labels shorter and add dct:abstract for longer text Add skos:notes to document the URI conventions
