Format errors in L1 processing #204

a) XML element for BusinessRegistryIdentifier prematurely terminated b) use of \ instead of // in URIs c) use of glef.org instead of gleif.org

I cannot find these problems in the XSL or the latest L1Data.xml file I downloaded. So closing this issue for now.
