Prefix used in the Registration Authority data files don't match the ontology where RegistrationAuthority Class is defined. #227

The Registration Authority data files use gleif-ra:RegistrationAuthority, however the RegistrationAuthority class is defined in the 'GLEIF Base Ontology' (gleif-base) and not in the 'GLEIF Registration Authority Ontology' (gleif-ra).
