We need to confirm copyright and license. CC-0? Need input from GLEIF.

What about the copyright, @Christoph-Gleif ? Should GLEIF be spelled out as Global Legal Entity Federation for example?

I used: Copyright (c) 2019 Global Legal Entity Identifier Federation (GLEIF)
