feat: update calls in report and status #35

@HunnySajid these changes look reasonable but I made some modifications to the server responses and the vlei-verifier. I have updated the integration test so that we can discuss the expected responses. Take a look and lets decide if your PR should be updated or if you want to do a new one https://github.com/GLEIF-IT/reg-pilot-webapp/pull/36/files

@2byrds i have updated the report as well as status responses. We are not using checkLogin and checkUpload endpoints.
