Integrate CloudFront with our existing S3 infrastructure to enhance our reg-pilot-webapp performance, caching efficiency, and security.

The webapp setup is complete and tested, and the application is now accessible at https://reg-pilot-webapp.rootsid.cloud/.

With this CFD setup:

The error pages have been configured to serve the index.html file for 403 errors.
Invalidations have been performed to ensure the latest configuration and files are served correctly.

reg-pilot-webapp will be moved to be set up as a static service using AWS Copilot.

Issue #54, where we'll be tracking the setup process.
