Identify and update tags for the shared nonprod env resources #77

Initially, several resources were set up specifically for the test environment and were explicitly tagged as such, including VPC, subnets, etc. Currently, all environments are moved to utilize these same resources as part of our infra. Need to review and update the tags/names of each resource to reflect their status as shared resources for the non-prod (test, dev, etc.) environment.

Updated VPC, public and private subnets, internet gateway configurations with respective tags, and changes successfully pushed.
